Marzipan and nougat liqueur
- Cut the marzipan log into chunks and process in the blender jug for 6 seconds/speed setting 8. Add the egg and half of the cream and whisk for 10 seconds/speed setting 9. Add the rest of the cream and the milk and heat for 10 minutes/90 °C/speed setting 3. Leave the mixture to cool to about 50 °C, then add the vodka and Amaretto and mix for 20 seconds/speed setting 9, turning the setting up gradually from 6 to 9.
- Using a funnel, pour the mixture into sterilised jars. Store in the refrigerator.
