Cream cheese spread with olives

Preparation time: 10 min.
  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat, then sprinkle with salt and crush to a paste using a pestle and mortar. Wash the basil, shake dry, then strip the leaves from the stems. Pit the olives and peel the garlic.
  2. Place the basil leaves, olives and garlic in the blender jug and process all the ingredients for 5 seconds/speed setting 6 until finely chopped.
  3. Add the cream cheese, yoghurt, pepper and sesame paste, blend all the ingredients for 20 seconds/speed setting 3/reverse button to create a smooth dip. Serve with fresh baguette.
