Cream cheese spread with olives
- Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat, then sprinkle with salt and crush to a paste using a pestle and mortar. Wash the basil, shake dry, then strip the leaves from the stems. Pit the olives and peel the garlic.
- Place the basil leaves, olives and garlic in the blender jug and process all the ingredients for 5 seconds/speed setting 6 until finely chopped.
- Add the cream cheese, yoghurt, pepper and sesame paste, blend all the ingredients for 20 seconds/speed setting 3/reverse button to create a smooth dip. Serve with fresh baguette.
