- Place all the ingredients except for the butter in the blender jug and process for 35 seconds/speed setting 4 to create a smooth batter. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and ladle the batter into the pan, a portion at a time. Fry each pancake for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Keep the cooked pancakes warm until you have a total of 10 pancakes.
